The redesigned arch is made from 18 gauge black iron with cast iron door and steel legs. The new draft control and grate system allow for faster, hotter fires. A steel collar is attached to the back of the arch to accommodate a standard 6 smoke stack (not included).

The arch is designed to be bricked using standard 1/2 or full firebricks (not included). This unit is shipped standard UPS and comes with easy to follow instructions. No special tools are required and assembly takes about 1/2 hour.

The evaporator pan is made of stainless steel and divided into four sections. A reservoir pan allows for manually feeding preheated sap into the evaporator pan while maintaining boil.
